Founder & Director of Operations

My name is Mona Ghalayini, I am 37 years old, founder and operations manager at Quality Detection Dogs Sweden AB.

I have been working full time with bed bugs and search dogs for 10 years. My work in the pest control industry started with an employment as a dog handler at a subcontractor to Anticimex. After 5 years as an employee, I chose to start my own business. Today, my colleagues and I work closely with various pest control companies but also directly with private individuals and companies.

In total, I’ve carried out thousands of wall scans in all different types of environments, from apartments and hotels to airplanes and boats.

I am driven by the opportunity to help people solve a problem. Nothing is impossible but sometimes it just takes a little longer.

My most important work in the company is to develop, improve and quality assure our working methods. I am not afraid to do something different or new if it can solve a problem.

Welcome to Quality Detection Dogs, experts in bed bugs and rats!

First company in Sweden

Quality Detection Dogs is the first company in Sweden to receive a license to hunt rats with the help of dogs. Our permit is issued by the Environmental Protection Agency and the County Administrative Board.

Today, QDD consists of a number of bed bug and rat dog teams based in different parts of Sweden.

QDD works closely with various remediation companies, but also offers our services directly to companies and private customers.

With the help of our specially trained search dogs and ferrets, we are able to help our customers work with environmentally friendly and non-toxic pest control methods.
